1. Information we collect
We collect nonpublic personal information from the following sources:

- Information we receive from title and judgment searches;
- Information we receive from real estate appraisers;
- Information we receive from your employer(s);

- To a credit reporting agency or investor for the purpose of verifying information you supplied or to detect or prevent fraud or criminal activity in connection with a mortgage transaction;
- To a regulatory authority, law enforcement or other governmental authority in order to protect our interests in preventing or prosecuting fraud, or if we believe you have conducted illegal activities;

We value your business and permit access to your nonpublic personal information only to those employees who have a need to know this information. Furthermore, we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal Regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
4. Reservation of the right to disclose information in unforeseen circumstances
In connection with the potential sale or transfer of its interests, or in conjunction with a proposed merger or acquisition, The Money Store reserves the right to sell or transfer your information (including but not limited to your address, name, age, sex state, zip code and other information that you provide through other communications) to a third party entity that (1) concentrates its business in a similar practice or service; (2) agrees to be The Money Store's successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of the information collected; and (3) agrees to the obligations of this privacy statement.
5. Our policy regarding dispute resolution
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to our privacy notice, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator's may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
The Money Store will never sell or otherwise provide your nonpublic personal information to a third party for the purposes of marketing.
